A new analysis out today shows just how badly the majority of the Escondido City Council mismanages city tax dollars.  While outsourcing the library ‘to save money’, the Council was subsidizing millions of dollars to a golf course that runs in the red.  It is also interesting how much worse the JC Resorts contract is with Escondido than with other cities for the same kind of services.
