The Save our Escondido Library Coalition letter to City Council raising more major concerns about LS&S and outsourcing.

Execution of this contract with LS&S will end the Escondido Public Library as we know it. The conditions are vague and hard to measure. LS&S is secretive and proprietary about many important aspects of their work and refuse to reveal their profit margins. July 31, 2017 Assessment of LS&S proposal by Escondido city staff in charge of the library
Through a public records request we secured this important document. This assessment from the professional staff person and interim director of the library was not shared with the Library Board of Trustees or the City Council members until it was discovered by the Save our Escondido Library Coalition.
