July 31, 2017 Assessment of LS&S proposal by Escondido city staff in charge of the library
Through a public records request we secured this important document. This assessment from the professional staff person and interim director of the library was not shared with the Library Board of Trustees or the City Council members until it was discovered by the Save our Escondido Library Coalition.
