New Info: City Can Kick ICE out NOW! Demand a Special Session
We have new information about the agreements signed between the Police Department and ICE. Key memo is here. Range Agreement is here.
It clearly states, “Termination. This MOA will remain in effect until terminated by the Parties. Either Party may terminate the MOA immediately upon written notice.”
Now that we have seen the documents it is clear the use of our Firing Range can be cancelled without cause, we are demanding the Mayor call an emergency meeting on a special session to end the use of federal agents using our range.
The Mayor has the authority to call a special session. He should do it.
Write or call the Mayor and Copy the Council and City Manager asap. Let them know you want a special session and all agreements cancelled at once.
